Job Title

A National Technology Manager is required to drive strategic transformation across our mining equipment portfolio.

  • This leadership role involves shaping the direction of technology strategy, building and scaling a Go-To-Market playbook, and delivering tangible results with mining customers nationwide.
About The Role

The successful candidate will define and execute a clear customer-focused technology and solutions strategy. They will collaborate across the business to ensure seamless integration of innovative technologies into customer operations.

  • Fleet management systems, predictive maintenance, and autonomous solutions are key areas of focus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a technology and solutions strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to address customer challenges and drive growth.
  • Educate stakeholders on emerging technologies.
  • Manage a portfolio of solutions including Application Engineering and Continuous Improvement.
  • Coordinate technology solution implementation for customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage data and analytics for trend identification and opportunity exploitation.
  • Lead complex problem-solving initiatives for optimized service delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, engineering, and IT teams.
  • Coordinate product development efforts with product management for future offerings.
  • Build relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Manage the financial performance of the technology and solutions portfolio.
  • Evaluate return on investment for informed decision-making.
