Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support teams to meet and exceed monthly KPIs
  • Develop and implement strategies to support customers through the employment services process
  • Promote and foster strong relationships with external providers
  • Review operational plans for successful outcomes
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with people with disabilities
  • Advanced level of communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to rapidly build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Good business acumen and budgetary skills
  • Knowledge of risk management approaches
