Business Director Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Director to join our team at MAX. As a Business Director, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and motivating your teams to meet and exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure our customers are supported through the whole employment services process
  • Promote and foster strong relationships and champion MAX as an employment service partner of choice
  • Review operational plans for successful outcomes
  • Manage and support teams to meet and exceed monthly KPIs

Requirements

  • Previous exposure to working within Employment Services
  • High level of interpersonal skills and organisation skills
  • Ability to rapidly build effective and positive working relationships
  • Advanced level of negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate business solutions with external providers
  • Strong positive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Good level of business acumen and budgetary skills
  • Ability to obtain a working with vulnerable people card and a National Police check and a myGovID
