Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our team at MAX. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our teams to meet and exceed monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to ensure our customers are supported through the whole employment services process.
- Promote and foster strong relationships with external providers and champion MAX as an employment service partner of choice.
- Review operational plans for successful outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage, support, and motivate teams to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Previous experience working within employment services.
- High level of interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to rapidly build effective and positive working relationships.
- Advanced level of negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate business solutions with external providers.
- Strong positive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Good level of business acumen and budgetary skills.
- Ability to obtain a working with vulnerable people card and a National Police check.
