Senior Change Manager Job Opportunity

This role is responsible for leading transformational change management initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, organizational development, and transformation initiatives.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transition across the organization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and programs, identifying risks and mitigating them.
  • Provide guidance on change adoption and strategies, from impact assessment to business-as-usual transition.
  • Ensure governance compliance, identify stakeholders, facilitate communication, and manage change risks.
  • Represent the change function professionally, building positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation initiatives.
  • Minimum of 5 - 10 years' experience in roles related to change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships, influence executive support, and negotiate with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, including synthesizing and presenting information.
  • Ability to develop and deliver full-cycle change programs and related activities.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualification in change management or a related field.
  • Project and change management certifications (CCMP, APMG Change Management Practitioner).
  • Professional consulting experience.
  • Familiarity with risk transformations and culture change programs.
  • Creative change design and employee engagement expertise.
