Key Account Professional

We seek a highly motivated Key Account Professional to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, proactively managing enquiries from multiple referral sources to increase conversion and revenue, performing client intake processes to ensure timely commencement of services, maintaining high standards of administration within allocated time frames and legislative frameworks, analysing and resolving problems in a timely manner, working well with others and demonstrating leadership. The role requires the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare and complete service agreements, manage budgets and coordinate services.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, client engagement or customer service with a strong drive for growth and success
  • High-level organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to build meaningful relationships with a wide variety of people and a passion for providing high quality customer service
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills combined with a strong ability to prioritise tasks
  • Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills
  • Current Drivers Licence & National Police Check
  • Knowledge of NDIS, Home Care Packages and/or other community, healthcare funded programs would be seen as advantageous
