Job Opportunity for Relationship Manager

We specialize in-home care services for individuals with complex and post-operative needs, dementia, cognitive decline, and elderly clients.

Our dedicated team is committed to improving the quality of life for our clients, ensuring they remain independent within their own home.

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining meaningful relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with stakeholders to coordinate services and ensure seamless communication between teams.

This is a permanent full-time position located in our office, working Monday to Friday.

  • Previous experience in sales-based positions or business development roles.
  • Excellent networking abilities, with a strong track record of attendance at conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service, portfolio management, and relationship-building skills.
  • A thorough understanding of Home Care Packages, MyAged Care, and other healthcare funded programs.
