As a Client Partnership Specialist, you have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to take on this challenging role. In this position, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, managing client interactions, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service
  • Proactively engaging with enquiries from multiple referral sources to increase conversion rates
  • Coordinating the intake process to ensure timely commencement of services
  • Maintaining accurate records and administering tasks efficiently
  • Analyzing and resolving problems in a timely manner, working collaboratively with others and demonstrating leadership skills
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to prepare and complete service agreements, manage client contact, and coordinate services
  • Engaging with clients in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner to build trust and rapport
  • Occasional travel within the region may be required

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of people. A current driver's license, national police check, and COVID vaccination are also essential requirements.
