Disability Support Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Disability Support Specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for supporting individuals with intellectual disability and a commitment to ongoing learning.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
- A background in supporting individuals with intellectual disability is highly regarded.
The successful applicant will be required to:
- Respond to clients' needs and work collaboratively with their families and support networks.
- Accurately document activities, progress notes, and incident reports.
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies when required.
