We are seeking a high-performing Technical or Project Director to take on a leadership opportunity that combines technical project delivery and state manager leadership.

This role will involve working closely with the Managing Director Australia to influence the culture of our teams and build our brand recognition across the region.

As a technical leader, you will be responsible for design management, project management, and coordination of multidisciplinary projects, developing a culture of outstanding delivery and providing coaching and mentoring to our team.

In the State Manager NSW/ACT position, you will foster a positive and inclusive culture across our Sydney, Canberra, and Newcastle offices and provide leadership that inspires, unites, and influences our teams.

You will lead the coordination and execution of NSW and ACT market growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities, overseeing market-facing activity, and tracking performance to ensure our regional strategic objectives are met.

This is a unique opportunity to build brand recognition across the region, focusing on business development and representing Beca in client and public forums.

You will be an advocate of our brand, our people, and our clients, with an engaging style that is essential in this role.
