About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director to lead our venue operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing high-end technical and event expertise, from event inception to final delivery. Your expertise will ensure seamless execution of events, exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Event Planning and Execution: Develop event objectives, review and develop event proposals, and determine event specifications to ensure cost estimates stay within budget parameters.
  2. Technical Supervision: Supervise technicians in the delivery, installation, operation, and removal of audio-visual equipment required to operate shows of any size and complexity.
  3. Financial Management: Manage the financial integrity of events, providing technical advice to the sales department and assisting with cost estimates as required.
  4. Client Communication: Attend client meetings and briefings, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
