Job Overview

The Team Leader plays a pivotal role in the delivery and exemplification of excellent client-centric services, fostering a culture of mutual respect, support, growth, positive energy, achievement, and resilience.

  • Reporting to the Assistant Area Manager, they inform team members of gaps to expectations and coach them to meet company values, quality, compliance, and customer expectations.
  • Motivating and empowering team members to share their experiences and contribute ideas that enable collaboration and improve performance is a key responsibility.
  • Supporting clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions is crucial.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including health professionals, employers, insurers, and others, to co-create solutions that make a real difference is vital.
  • Identifying barriers and designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration is a key aspect of the role.
  • Visiting workplaces to understand real challenges and advocating for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments is an essential duty.
