About The Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Mentor. As a key member, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of individuals seeking sustainable employment.

  • Establishing strong, trusting relationships with customers to provide guidance, motivation, and support throughout their employment journey.
  • Identifying customer goals, strengths, and challenges, and creating targeted action plans to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Working with employers, community organisations, and industry partners to create and maintain opportunities for employment.
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant records in line with contractual and organisational requirements.
  • Contributing to team discussions, sharing insights, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
