Training Opportunity in Plumbing

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a trade background in Plumbing? We are seeking someone to work alongside a qualified Trade Trainer, helping students achieve their training milestones and goals.

This role offers a direct career path for individuals who wish to become fully qualified Trainers upon completion of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, while being paid as full-time Mentors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide students through practical activities and assist them in achieving their learning objectives
  • Maintain the training area - ensuring it is clean, tidy, and safe at all times
  • Ensure that all equipment is in good operational condition
  • Support the Trainer with student management tasks
Requirements
  • Trade qualification in the Plumbing industry
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and support students throughout their learning journey
  • Desire to complete the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic level of computer operating skills
