With 75+ homes built each year, most in the $500k–$1M+ range, Westbuilt Homes are known for delivering high-end modular homes with a focus on craftsmanship, client care and innovation.

We are searching for a professional Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns, manage sales support materials, and coordinate daily marketing activities. Working closely with both the marketing and sales teams, this role plays a key part in delivering campaigns, events, and strategies smoothly and effectively. Your administrative and operational support will help drive brand presence and contribute to business growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and managing social media & website content.
• Coordinate sales support materials, proposals, and presentations
• Support CRM management, lead tracking, and sales pipeline processes.
• Help plan and run events, webinars, and client engagement activities.
• Conduct market research and track performance metrics.
• Provide general admin support and foster cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to travel to the Head Office in Warwick once a month, and travel to site for marketing campaign shoots/interviews.
  
  

The Skills You'll Need

• Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple priorities and deadlines
• High attention to detail, with an emphasis on quality work
• Confident communicator who manages up, takes direction and champions the customer
• Highly intuitive and proactive; you know what the team needs before they do Experience working with HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, PowerPoint, Canva or Adobe Creative highly regarded (but not essential)
• Qualification in marketing, business or a related field will be highly regarded
