Restaurant Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Venue Leader to join our team in Shenton Park.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team that will be focused on delivering a seamless dining experience to customers.
As a Venue Leader, you will be responsible for leading the shop floor team and serving customers, which will include restaurant-style service and a full bar.
You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with company policy and have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of the brand.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a manager or supervisor in hospitality and hold relevant certifications.
They will also possess excellent customer service skills, high levels of maturity and professionalism, excellent organisational skills and a calm head, good communication and a team-focused attitude, strong leadership qualities and a desire to see their team succeed, and a passion for food and drinks.
- Opening and closing the store
- Completing daily checks
- Dealing with customer inquiries
- Leading and organising shifts
- Making coffee and serving customers at the bar
- Liaising with other section managers to get products to customers
- Ensuring and managing compliance with company policy
Experience with social media would be desirable.
