About the roleJoin Bread In Common as our new Restaurant Manager, where you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.This is a full-time position based in our vibrant Fremantle location.What you'll be doingOversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, customer service, inventory, and complianceLead, motivate, and develop a passionate team of hospitality professionalsEnsure consistently high standards of food and beverage qualityMonitor restaurant performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitabilityFoster a positive, guest-focused culture and resolve customer complaints effectivelyCollaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and dining experiencesManage budgets, analyze financial data, and implement cost-saving measuresEnsure the restaurant adheres to all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulationsWhat we're looking forSignificant experience (2+ years) in a restaurant management role, ideally within a high-volume, fast-paced environmentStrong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of building and developing successful teamsExcellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional dining experiencesSolid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and cost controlFamiliarity with food safety, liquor licensing, and other relevant hospitality regulationsPassion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to continuous improvementWhat we offerOngoing training and development opportunitiesOpportunities for career progression within our growing organizationA friendly, supportive team and a vibrant, collaborative workplace cultureAbout usBread In Common is a renowned restaurant located in the heart of Fremantle.
