We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in one of our Taco Bell Perth restaurants. Role responsibilities
  • Delivering unmatched customer experiences
  • Delivering great tasting, high quality, craveable products

  • Upholding the highest level of hygiene, WHS and food safety standards
  • Implementing local marketing strategies, pricing changes, products and promotions

  • Managing employee grievances and ensuring appropriate team behavior
  • Fostering a dynamic, inclusive and engaging workplace culture
  • Publishing staff rosters in line with labour budgets
  • Placing weekly stock orders and minimising food wastage
  • Managing a profitable P&L to achieve targets and Balanced Scorecard objectives
Qualifications and expectations

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager who can lead effectively, inspire teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will be required to undertake pre-employment screening, which may include a National Police Check and qualifications checks.
