About the Position:

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Accounts Payable Lead, to guide our dynamic team towards success. This comprehensive role involves leading from the front with a strong in-person presence and a clear vision for process excellence.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate supplier payments, underpinned by robust financial controls that safeguard company assets.
  • Leading cost accounting through Procurement to Pay processes.
  • Managing online banking operations as the trusted custodian of finances.
  • Developing and implementing reporting obligations, ensuring business actions, management oversight, and statutory requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Investing in the growth of your team, developing talent, and elevating capability across the board.

  • Australian citizenship or the ability to obtain Defence security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or similar.
  • Previous experience in a similar role with the ability to lead a team.
  • Previous experience in a high-risk industry (Defence, Construction, Aviation) is preferred.
