We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Practitioner Dentist to provide exceptional dental care to clients with complex oral health needs.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to combine advanced clinical practice with leadership and service development in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality dental care to eligible clients with complex oral health needs, leveraging expertise to deliver superior outcomes.
- Promote a culture of excellence within the local district, driving performance targets and objectives for Statewide Dental Services (SWDS).
- Cultivate clinical leadership skills, mentoring colleagues to enhance their capabilities in managing complex cases.
- Contribute to the implementation of SWDS clinical programs and directions, offering expert advice to inform policies, procedures, and Clinical Practice Guidelines.
You will be a highly motivated dental professional bringing advanced clinical expertise, leadership capability, and a commitment to improving oral health outcomes.
Requirements:- Registrable as a dentist with the Dental Board of Australia, holding a current Radiation Licence with the EPA (SA).
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality general and emergency dental care, including complex cases.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide, mentor, and influence clinicians while working effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Advanced knowledge of oral health service provision and a commitment to evidence-based practice, service improvement, and public health principles.
