About the Role

The Clinical Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care across multiple locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with current registration to join our team and make a valuable difference in the lives of our residents.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical leadership and coordination across assigned locations, ensuring person-centred care principles are adhered to.
  • Conducting regular assessments of resident care to monitor progress, identifying potential risks and implementing appropriate interventions.
  • Providing coaching, mentoring, and support to nursing and care staff to enhance clinical knowledge, skills, and performance.

  • Clinical expertise: demonstrated ability to manage complex care needs with previous senior clinical experience.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a focus on team development, motivation, and professional growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff, residents, families, and external professionals.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple locations, adapting to different team dynamics and clinical needs.
