The company manages the entire production process, from sowing to harvesting and transportation, utilizing its own fleet of trucks to deliver produce to various locations.

The Location

Nestled in the fertile Golden Triangle of New South Wales, Bristol Farming spans an impressive 18,000 acres, with 14,500 acres dedicated to cultivation in the Croppa Creek area. Situated roughly midway between Moree and Goondiwindi, the property offers easy access to local amenities, including a primary school, mobile preschool, and general store, within a short 5-10 kilometer radius.

The Role

As a Farm Hand, you will be immersed in all aspects of operations, encompassing sowing, harvesting, and maintaining state-of-the-art machinery. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and adapt to new challenges, with opportunities to work alongside a supportive team, gain exposure to innovative farming technology, and develop skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage time effectively, both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
  • Develop digital literacy and interest in agricultural technology.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, showcasing basic mechanical knowledge.
  • Possess a valid HR Driver's License and ChemCert certification, or demonstrate willingness to obtain them.
  • Be prepared to work extended hours during peak seasons.

To be eligible for this role, applicants must hold FULL permanent Australian working rights. Temporary or working holiday visa holders will not be considered or contacted.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
