Key Sales Liaison for Pacific Markets

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to run the distribution model for our B2B technology business.

Responsibilities:
  • Primary point of contact for the sales team across distribution and direct sales
  • Clear responsibility to operate within agreed margin targets
  • Organization and development of processes for supporting current distributors
  • Clear communication with stakeholders internal and external
  • Provision of regular updates and insights to HQ on market needs, cost performance, and challenges
  • Collaboration with Finance on invoicing, credit control, and payment follow-up
  • Preparation of regular reports and presentations for management
  • Organization of events and meetings as required
Demand Planning & Sales Administration:
  • Use Salesforce to manage forecast and product demand
  • Support order management processes
  • Track key sales metrics and generate operational reports for performance analysis
Regional Distribution Network Management:
  • Build and optimize a distribution framework to cover Australia and New Zealand
  • Coordinate with master distributors and sub-distributors to improve sales volume
  • Align local operations with global processes and strategic goals

Qualifications and attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, ideally in a tech, electronics, or B2B distribution industry
  • Strong knowledge of sales management
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver regional sales budgets
  • Experience working with distributors and partners across the Pacific region
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
