Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing administrative support and contributing to the operational success of our airport facilities. As a Workforce Planning and Administration Officer, you will be responsible for managing staff rosters, payroll systems, and employee leave planners.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of staff attendance, leave, and payroll information.
  • Provide administrative support to the Airport Manager, including responding to telephone calls and emails.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of client airline billing records.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also assist in supporting Rex Lounge operations across Terminals 2 & 3, including stock ordering and facilities management.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in rostering and payroll administration is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks is necessary.
