
Senior Customer Service Lead

This role requires a high-performing customer service manager to oversee the entire customer journey.
Responsibilities include leading, mentoring and motivating a team of customer service specialists to deliver exceptional service to knowledgeable B2B clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing customer service procedures, managing employee lifecycles and analysing key performance metrics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with trade-savvy clientele and liaising effectively with internal technical staff.
Proven experience in a fast-paced environment is necessary, along with a proactive problem-solving mindset and a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a customer service management or team leadership role.
- Proven Bachelor Degree or Equivalent.

- A demonstrated ability to lead, develop and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
