  • Knowledge of Room Master Property Management System (highly advantageous)
  • Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional customer service and professional presentation
