Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and charismatic individual to join our team as a Guest Services Representative.

This role will be the first point of contact for our clients and their guests, providing exceptional service and creating lasting impressions.

  • Meet and greet all visitors with a helpful and welcoming attitude
  • Assist guests with queries and special requests
  • Provide 5-star customer service skills and consistently meet and exceed expectations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Impeccable presentation and grooming
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adequate flexibility and availability to work across a 7-day week, including Public Holidays
  • Full NSW Drivers Licence is essential as Valet parking is a part of the role
  • Prior customer facing customer service or hospitality experience is preferred
