Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Maintain the overall appearance of the lobby and front desk area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and welcoming.
Requirements:
  • Prior customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Able to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to resolve complex issues.
  • Familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • A valid Australian working visa or residency status.
