General Medicine & Neurology Ward Nurse Position

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team within a General Medicine & Neurology ward.

The role involves coordinating and delivering high-quality nursing care to adult medical patients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team. The successful applicant will be encouraged to engage in ongoing supported learning and professional development pathways.

We are looking for a registered nurse with effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, current clinical knowledge and problem-solving ability, commitment to excellence in nursing practice and continuing professional development.

Skill Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Current clinical knowledge and problem-solving ability
  • A commitment to excellence in nursing practice and continuing professional development
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
  • An understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the Registered Nurse
