Nursing Professional Required

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nursing professional to provide high-quality care to residents in our residential aged care services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for residents, promoting their physical and mental wellbeing, and collaborating with the care team to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that cater to residents' diverse needs;
- Prepare clinical documents according to legislative requirements;
- Deliver training sessions on best practices to care staff and residents.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a strong commitment to delivering person-centered care. A good understanding of AN-ACC and aged care accreditation standards is also essential.
Selection Criteria:- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA;
- At least 2 years' experience in an aged care setting;
- Proven leadership and team management skills;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
- Current police check with clearance;
- Right to work in aged care.
