This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the dynamic environment of our multi-disciplinary team in the newly renovated Emergency Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver safe and effective individualized holistic nursing care to patients based on their specific needs, aligned with the Primary Nurse's goals of care.
- Work collaboratively under both direct and indirect supervision of the Registered Nurse to ensure delegation is commensurate with own level of competence and within Local Health District policy.
- Consult with the registered nurse to ensure that medication administration is appropriate and meets patient needs.
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
