Education Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our university partnerships.

This role will be responsible for owning the university lifecycle, fostering relationships with administration, and focusing on the education community.

  • Foster long-term relationships with university administrators, onboard professors and students, and provide strategic sales support.
  • Focus on the Education market, running a healthy and predictable business that delivers a jointly agreed customer transformation strategy.
  • Establish close relationships with the Canva user base, understanding the needs of educators and learners to become successful users.
  • Analyze data to inform future product and marketing plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Higher Education and a passion for engaging confidently with educators and technology specialists to show how Canva can enhance student learning through design and collaboration.

A sales expert, they will be comfortable selling software solutions combined with real-world teaching and instructional technology design. They will thrive in collaborative environments, enjoying working with different teams, sharing insights, and collaborating cross-functionally to create the best solutions for customers.

A clear communicator, they will make complex things simple by communicating effectively. They will present their ideas and tell a compelling story to customers and the broader team.

With a growth mindset, they will be curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve and learn while having fun along the way.
