Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Higher Education Account Executive to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard professors and students via Single-Sign-on across various universities.
  • Foster strong relationships with university administrators to ensure successful deployment of Canva across multiple campus departments.
  • Provide strategic sales support to drive the adoption of Canva among educators and learners.
  • Identify trends and usage patterns through data analysis to inform future product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Drive retention and engagement by continuously testing, learning, and refining the lifecycle strategy.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with the Higher Education market or eagerness to learn about it.
  • Sales expertise in education software solutions combined with real-world teaching and instructional technology design.
  • Ability to engage confidently with educators and technology specialists to demonstrate the value of Canva in enhancing student learning.
  • Thriving in collaborative environments and comfortable working with different teams to share insights and drive results.
  • Clear communication skills to create clarity through complex ideas and present compelling stories to customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience engaging online communities and understanding how to build and nurture them.
  • A growth mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to improve and learn.
