
Senior Client Relationship Manager

This role blends customer service with project leadership, requiring someone to own the client relationship from day one and ensure designs are signed off, approvals happen on time, and schedules stay on track.
You'll manage budgets, keep production on schedule, and handle variations without drama. Your focus will be on relationships, coordination, and making sure projects run like clockwork.
Occasional travel may be required for meetings and key milestones, but most time will be spent at the office in Berkeley Vale, managing relationships remotely, solving problems before they escalate, and keeping projects in the green.
Responsibilities- Own projects from start to finish, ensuring clients come back for more.
- Set the pace, hit deadlines, and make things happen.
- Cross-functional coordination is essential across 3-4 projects during the design phase, then moving them into production where heavy lifting happens.
Someone who knows how to keep projects moving, people aligned, and clients happy will thrive in this role. You've managed projects end-to-end before, ideally in manufacturing or construction, and you're comfortable juggling timelines, budgets, and stakeholders without breaking a sweat.
Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and ability to spot issues early, resolve them quickly, and keep everyone focused on the goal are must-haves. If you have experience coordinating stakeholders, handling client queries, and managing multiple projects simultaneously, you'll excel.
