
Sales and Event Coordinator

This is a key support role that will assist in the coordination of sales and events across various venues. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, along with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing client records, preparing proposals and contracts, and scheduling client meetings and appointments. They will also provide administrative support to the events team, including updating databases and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in events or sales administration/coordination, or hospitality administration. They will bring a professional approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate client records
- Prepare proposals, contracts, quotations, and event documentation
- Schedule and confirm client meetings and appointments
- Provide administrative support to the events team
- Update databases and maintain accurate records
