This is a pivotal opportunity to join a leading D2C e-commerce brand at a high-growth stage redefining the sustainability space. As Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Lead, you'll set the roadmap for growth while executing to ensure strategy and delivery stay tightly connected.

You'll own the full digital marketing and ecommerce function. From performance strategy to customer experience, your role is to sharpen execution, guide the team, and drive expansion across Australia, New Zealand, and into the US.

This job involves setting and executing the digital marketing and ecommerce strategy, focused on revenue growth and profitability. You'll also lead, mentor, and align a cross-functional team to deliver high performance against business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Set and execute the digital marketing and ecommerce strategy, focused on revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and align a cross-functional team to deliver high performance against business objectives.
  • Direct and refine paid activity across Meta, Google, and TikTok, ensuring ROAS and acquisition efficiency are front of mind.
  • Oversee site optimisation with the dev team, including UX, CRO, speed, and Shopify improvements.
  • Drive CRM and lifecycle activity to strengthen retention, loyalty, and customer lifetime value.
  • Translate analytics into action — constantly testing, iterating, and scaling what works.
  • Play a central role in international expansion, adapting strategies to new markets with limited brand awareness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven success leading digital marketing and ecommerce in a D2C scaling environment.
  • Strong paid media expertise (Google, Meta, TikTok), with hands-on knowledge and the ability to guide others.
  • Balance of strategic leadership and hands-on delivery — comfortable in the weeds and at the big-picture level.
  • Experience collaborating across technical, creative, and commercial functions to deliver integrated results.
  • Commercial acumen with fluency in ROAS, CAC, LTV, and growth levers.
  • Shopify and CRO experience valued, but not essential.
