Head of Growth and Marketing

A well-established fintech platform is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Head of Growth and Marketing to lead the transformation of its marketing function as the company enters its next growth phase. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who sees themselves as a mini CMO, with ample scope to grow into a larger strategic role as the company scales.
This is a hands-on leadership role with the autonomy to reimagine the marketing function in your own terms. You'll own the full marketing funnel—from customer acquisition to platform engagement—and be responsible for building a lean, high-output team. You'll be expected to evaluate current infrastructure, implement the right tech stack, and deliver a 2026 marketing strategy that's aligned with product, commercial, and customer growth goals.
We're looking for a hands-on growth and performance marketing leader—someone who's scaled marketing functions in fast-paced startups and knows how to balance strategic vision with tactical execution. You'll bring experience from high-growth companies in Australia, and you thrive in lean environments.
We're looking for someone based in Melbourne (or open to relocating). If you're a self-sufficient problem solver with a track record of successfully scaling marketing functions and a deep understanding of performance marketing in the digital age, we'd love to hear from you.
