Job Description

We're seeking a diligent maintenance professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage complex operations. As a Regional Hub Lead, you will play a critical role in planning and delivering maintenance across multiple sites.

This is not a job for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. We're looking for a proactive individual with strong leadership skills who can take charge of a well-established hub coordinating all planned maintenance events.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating people, parts, and plans across multiple sites.
  • Taking the lead in hands-on leadership roles that require sharp decision-making and coordination skills.
  • Creatingschedules that ensure smooth maintenance execution without unnecessary delays.
  • Improving labour efficiency, reducing unplanned work, and driving smarter processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in maintenance planning, coordination, or operations ideally in mining or heavy industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure, communicate clearly, and stay one step ahead.
  • A proactive mindset and bias for action – leading with initiative rather than waiting for direction.
  • Understanding of the importance of detail and discipline in scheduling and compliance.
  • Experience using relevant software such as AMT, GP, and D365.
