Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Maintenance Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of residential homes, covering areas from Yanchep to Safety Bay. Based in a modern Northern Suburbs office, you will work closely with two experienced Maintenance Coordinators to deliver exceptional service to homeowners.

  • Attend completed homes during the 6-month maintenance period and beyond to assess reported issues
  • Complete minor repairs on-site where appropriate
  • Conduct structural and warranty checks across a broad portfolio
  • Liaise directly with homeowners to ensure a positive experience
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Coordinators to book and manage trades for larger or specialized repairs
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in residential maintenance or construction supervision
  • Trade background preferred but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to juggle time on-site and in-office effectively
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach
