Job Profile

This role offers a significant opportunity to lead the retail component of a prominent destination in Brisbane, with a focus on managing and growing the precinct's retail operations.

The successful candidate will oversee tenancy management, including lease dealings, variations, assignments, and renewals. They will also build strong relationships with tenants, ensuring compliance with site rules and lease terms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tenant relationships and ensure adherence to lease agreements.
  • Oversee retail sales reporting, trends, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and debtor management processes.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high operational standards.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and represent the precinct during events.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Retail or Centre Management.
  • Strong financial acumen and lease administration expertise.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to balance operational detail with a customer-focused approach.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with excellent time management skills.
