Our company is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead our retail teams and drive excellence across the business. The successful candidate will have proven leadership experience in multi-site retail, hospitality, or food service. Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and supporting store managers, ensuring retail standards and customer experience are consistently upheld, conducting weekly store visits, managing rosters and team development programs, fostering a positive team culture, monitoring sales performance, and overseeing inventory management and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor store managers to deliver high performance and team engagement.
  • Ensure retail standards and customer experience are consistently upheld.
  • Conduct weekly store visits and provide training, coaching, and operational support.
  • Manage rosters, training, and team development programs.
  • Foster a positive team culture and support staff retention.
  • Monitor sales performance and work with leadership to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and retail calendar events.
