**Retail Operations Manager**


Establishing a strong retail operation requires experience in product mix determination, stock management, and service delivery. This role entails formulating purchasing and marketing policies to drive competitive pricing strategies.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of promoting the establishment's products and services effectively. They must also possess excellent communication and organisational skills to manage budgets, maintain accurate records, and develop high-performing teams.


A minimum of **1 year of experience** in a similar retail management position is essential for success in this role. Relevant qualifications in retail management or a related field are compulsory. The ability to drive sales, maintain stock control, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence is critical.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine product mix and manage stock levels to meet customer demands.
  • Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies to drive revenue growth.
  • Promote and advertise the establishment's goods and services to increase brand awareness.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure the profitability of the establishment.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.
  • Oversee the selection, training, and supervision of staff to ensure operational excellence.


Requirements:
