Job Title: Office Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our administrative support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling appointments, organizing files, and responding to phone calls.
- Enter data accurately into our database system.
- Maintain and update records in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare and distribute reports as needed.
- Support special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in administration and data entry.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
