About the Role

Arcadia Landscape Architecture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our team in Pyrmont. As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will play a key role in managing a variety of projects, ensuring they are completed to budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Undertake and assist in design and design development of projects, utilizing technical skills in design and construction techniques and programs.
  • Conduct site inspections, cost planning, product sourcing, documentation, detailing, and specification writing for projects.
  • Ensure consistent quality of deliverables is produced, meeting the high standards of Arcadia Landscape Architecture.
  • Assist in writing invoices and contribute to the development of other team members through training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the growth and development of the company.
Requirements
  • Well-developed technical skills in design and construction techniques and programs.
  • Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop others.
  • Design thinking and graphic storytelling skills.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, ensuring projects run to schedule and budget.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, MS Office, SketchUp, Revit, and hand drawing.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
  • Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or accepted equivalent skill set.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
