Reece continues to focus on building the best marketing team in Australia and New Zealand and this new position of Digital Products Lead is pivotal to this aim.
**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Digital Experience Leader, the Digital Products Lead will be responsible for leading and driving the website strategy and customer experience for the Reece consumer website/s.
They will understand customer needs and the business' goals, actively collaborate with developers and technology teams and stakeholders to drive the best experience for our customers.
Responsibilities include (and are not limited to):
- Leading and owning the website strategy and roadmap for Reece ANZ
- Partnering with a passionate, cross-functional squad of product marketers, data analysts and more to deliver amazing outcomes to our customers
- Conducting user research, competitor research and data analysis to deeply understand the market and customer pain points
- Delivering a domain strategy, roadmap and execution for all consumer-facing website/s
- Managing technical debt and resources
- Increasing onsite conversion rates, sales and leads for each business unit
- Managing two direct reports and setting the vision, strategy and OKRs for your team
- Driving the SEO strategy with agency to drive quality traffic and conversions
- Measuring and reporting on the success of the team's performance
- Working with agency partners and MarTech team to develop audience strategies
**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong interest and curious approach to understanding how Reece works. You will be driven to develop incredible digital customer experiences whilst demonstrating first-class leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
We're looking for a highly experienced professional with a roll-your-sleeves-up attitude. Vision, drive and a keen strategic outlook are hallmarks of your approach.
Your background will include:
- Minimum 8+ years in Digital, Product and/or Customer experience in retail/service based organisations
- Strong user experience design, prototyping/wireframing abilities
- Extensive experience with A/B testing principles, agile methodologies and requirements analysis
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading highly effective teams
- Established ability to translate customer and business needs into products that deliver an exceptional user experience and commercial growth
- Experience working in retail / service-based organisations that have embarked on digital transformation
- Experience in writing strategy, developing roadmaps, business and used cases
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline in Commerce, Business or Marketing.
