Job Description

As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for managing production planning to ensure seamless supply of materials. Your expertise will be crucial in forecasting production and supply planning, adjusting inventory levels accordingly, and collaborating with production and supply chain teams to optimize processes.

  • Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Lead supply chain projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will possess:

  • A degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in a FMCG industry or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning and supply planning.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
