About This Role

Shape portfolio delivery by driving strategic project resource planning, governance, insights, and ServiceNow adoption in a collaborative team environment.

  • Lead quarterly portfolio prioritization workshops with senior stakeholders to provide data-driven insights on resource gaps, risks, and capacity.
  • Maintain and enhance ServiceNow Resource Plans, aligning new features with stakeholder requirements.
  • Conduct stage gate reviews using agile and waterfall expertise to assess compliance, manage risks, and guide project managers through project delivery processes.
  • Support audit readiness by preparing documentation, coordinating with risk and compliance teams, and handling auditor queries.
  • Deliver clear, timely dashboards via ServiceNow Platform Analytics and Power BI, automating workflows with Power Automate to boost portfolio visibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow SPM, with a strong focus on resource management.

  • A collaborative mindset, with confidence to facilitate workshops, guide discussions, and provide clear recommendations.
  • High attention to detail, with ability to balance governance requirements and practical delivery outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of project management processes across both waterfall and agile methodologies.
