Job Opportunity: Performance Oversight Specialist

We seek a meticulous individual to manage adult entertainment activities at our venue. The Performance Oversight Specialist ensures all performances adhere to established guidelines and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor adult entertainment performances, guaranteeing adherence to established guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Manage multiple performances simultaneously, ensuring each performer feels supported and secure.
  • Acquire and maintain an Approved Controller Licence, reimbursed by the venue.
  • Interact with patrons and performers in a professional, respectful, and friendly manner.
  • Enforce venue policies and regulations regarding adult entertainment, prioritizing the safety of performers and patrons.
  • Closely collaborate with management, security personnel, and performers to address any issues or concerns related to safety, harassment, or misconduct.
  • Maintain accurate records of performance timing, incidents, complaints, and any actions taken, prioritizing confidentiality and privacy.
Required Qualifications:
  • Hold a valid Queensland Approved Controller Licence.
  • Exhibit a friendly and approachable demeanor, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, showing empathy, patience, and professionalism.
  • Be willing to undergo training and stay informed about industry best practices in performer safety and workplace harassment prevention.
  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
