**About Us**: The Vault on Ruthven is Queensland's premier adult entertainment venue, known for its elegant atmosphere and high-end entertainment. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our patrons. As such, we are currently seeking a diligent and responsible individual to join our team as a Controller. The Controller ensures that all adult entertainment activities at The Vault are conducted in accordance with our guidelines and within the boundaries of the law.

**Responsibilities**:

- Time and monitor adult entertainment performances to ensure they adhere to established guidelines and legal requirements
- Monitor multiple adult entertainment performances simultaneously, ensuring that each performer feels supported and secure.
- Acquire and maintain an Approved Controller Licence - reimbursed by The Vault.
- Greet and interact with patrons and performers in a professional, respectful and friendly manner.
- Enforce venue policies and regulations regarding adult entertainment, ensuring the safety of the performers and patrons.
- Collaborate closely with management, security personnel, and performers to address any issues or concerns related to safety, harassment, or misconduct.
- Maintain accurate records of performance timing, incidents, complaints, and any actions taken, prioritizing the confidentiality and privacy of all involved parties.

**Qualifications**:

- Hold a valid Queensland Approved Controller Licence.
- Friendly and approachable demeanour, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times.
- Willingness to undergo training and stay informed about industry best practices in performer safety and workplace harassment prevention.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
