Position: Bar Manager

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our team as a Bar Manager at Queensland's premier adult nightclub.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, including responsible service of alcohol and management of licensed venues.
  • Providing regular updates on night operations, staff performance, and any incidents or concerns.
  • Handling customer inquiries and issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Fostering a positive work environment for your team.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Hold a valid Controllers License.
  • Hold an RMLV certificate.
  • Hold an RSA certificate.
  • Have proven experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Possess exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
